In this document, "ace 67", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the website and related services operated by ace 67. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person — registered or unregistered — who is using the services. "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on the ace 67 platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). No additional charges apply to deposits.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such funds will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met.
• ace 67 may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• If the balance changes while a withdrawal request is being processed, the request must be resubmitted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and before the bonus can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• The real money balance must be used up before betting with bonus balance.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• ace 67 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is found.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and verifiable. If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical error, ace 67 may void the relevant bet and return the stake.

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ace 67's set policy. Separate betting rules apply for cricket, football and other sports.

6.3 Technical Issues

ace 67 is not responsible for a session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault. However, if a loss occurs due to a server-side issue, ace 67 will endeavour to provide a fair resolution.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Registering using a third party's identity.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the reputation or brand of ace 67.

ace 67 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.

• Suspicious activity on the account.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified time.

An account can be closed at the user's request. In this case, the applicable balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
